Award Judgment Criteria

The judges will be looking for new businesses that are able to show growth through the provision of excellent services to other businesses.

Cost Effectiveness i.e. The innovation’s ability to give the target customer value for their money.
Viability i.e. Potential for success upon rollout.
Scalability i.e. Capacity to grow to meet increased demand.
Applicability i.e. Relevance to the sector (Will people want, or need your product?)
Safety i.e. Is the solution likely to cause harm or injury to users and or the environment.
Impact i.e. How effective and sustainable is the solution?

Top tips:

Don’t fall back on cliches and tired storylines.
Don’t undersell yourself, your innovation or your hard work.
Give us the truth/facts, not just the formula.
You are the hero/heroine of your story; tell us about your ingenuity, your insight.
